Voici un nouveau chapitre du projet "There was a Fashion Girlfriend..."!
Cette fois-ci, j'ai décidé d'illustrer une nouvelle de mon écrivain préféré: Haruki Murakami: "Saules Aveugles, Femme Endormie". Pour cela, je me suis inspirée de la collection Christian Dior Haute Couture Printemps/Eté 2017 et plus spécifiquement du "Jardin Japonais" crée par Maria Grazia Chiuri à l'occasion de l'ouverture du flagship de la marque à Ginza. Mais cette collection est tellement splendide que je n'ai pu me résoudre à choisir un seul look! Il n'y aura donc pas un tableau mais trois pour illustrer cette magnifique histoire. Je vous présente aujourd'hui le premier volet: "Girlfriend endormie: Kumiko".
Ce dessin a été réalisé à l'aide de crayons de couleur Caran d'Ache, Promarker, gouache Linel, acryliques Old Holland, Faber Castell Gelatos et aquarelles Winsor & Newton sur papier Vinci.

Here comes another chapter of the "There was a fashion Girlfriend..." project!
This time, I choose to illustrate a short novel written by my favorite writer Haruki Murakami: "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman". I was also inspired by the Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2017 collection and especially the "Jardin Japonais" collection (japanse garden) created by Maria Grazia Chiuri for the opening of the Ginza flagship. But this collection is so gorgeous so I couldn't pick just one look! That's why I will created three pieces to illustrate this poetic story. I present you today the first part: "Sleeping Girlfriend: Kumiko"
This artwork has been created using Promarker, Caran d'Ache color pencils, Linel gouaches, Faber Castell Gelatos, Winsor & Newton watercolors and Old Holland acrylics on Vinci paper.
