Moon River

Vous connaissez maintenant mon admiration pour Audrey Hepburn, sa délicatesse, son allure... J'étais donc émerveillée quand j'ai découvert la collection Givenchy Haute Couture Automne/Hiver 2018, hommage à son créateur disparu Hubert de Givenchy. 

J'ai donc désiré moi aussi célébrer cet artiste et sa relation avec sa muse. 

Pendant le défilé la musique "Moon River" chantée par l'actrice dans "Breakfast at Tiffany's" résonnait. 

Voici donc le point de départ de ce tableau. Il est aussi ma vision du sublime portrait de Mme Porcin peint par Jean-Baptiste Greuze (voir le tableau en fin d'article).

Ce dessin a été réalisé à l'aide de crayons de couleur Caran d'Ache, Promarker, gouache Linel, acryliques Old Holland, aquarelles Winsor & Newton sur papier Arches.

You know now my admiration for Audrey Hepburn, her delicacy, her style... So, I have been blown away by Givenchy Fall/Winter Haute Couture collection, tribute to its creator Hubert de Givenchy.

So, I also wanted to pay tribute to this artist and his muse.

During the fashion show, "Moon River" sung by the actress in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" was played.

Hre is the starting point of this piece. It is also my vision of the sublime portrait of Mme Porcin painted by Jean-Baptiste Greuze ( see the painting at the bottom of this post).

This artwork has been created using Promarker, color pencils, Linel gouaches, Winsor & Newton watercolors and Old Holland acrylics on Arches paper.
